Welcome to the cv4 platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the cv4 website and its associated mobile application. By registering at cv4.best or using the platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail. cv4 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and users will be notified of any changes.

The following requirements must be met to open an account with cv4:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• The name, date of birth, address, and mobile number provided at registration must be fully accurate. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• A copy of your National ID card or passport may be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

Cv4 reserves the right to reject any account registration without providing a reason. Once the registration process is complete, a confirmation message will be sent to the user via email or SMS.

Keep the following rules in mind before placing a bet on cv4:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless cv4 voids it due to a technical error on our end.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the time of submission may differ from the final settled odds.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, cv4 will settle bets in accordance with its set policy. In most cases, the stake will be refunded.
• Cv4 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect (erroneous) odds.
• Using computer programs, bots, or automated software to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum bet limits vary by sport and market. cv4 reserves the right to cap the amount on any bet.

Payment-related rules for cv4 are outlined below:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the maximum is ৳1,00,000 per single transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Transfers to a different account are not permitted.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, cv4 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal and carry out verification.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The applicable wagering requirements must be met first.

Cv4 does not charge any transaction fees. However, your payment provider (Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own fees, which are beyond cv4's control.

All bonuses and promotional offers at cv4 are subject to the following general terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only. It applies once per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Once a bonus is activated, the wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time limit. The bonus will be forfeited if the deadline is not met.
• Wagering requirements for all bonuses range from a minimum of 10x up to 30x, depending on the specific offer.
• To withdraw winnings earned using a bonus, the original deposit amount must also be wagered first.
• Cv4 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already active will not be affected by such changes.
• Any attempt to fraudulently claim bonuses will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Cv4 places the highest priority on protecting your personal information. Below is a brief overview of our data collection and usage policy:

• Information collected at registration is used solely for account management, KYC verification, and legal compliance purposes.
• Cv4 never stores your full password or complete payment card number.
• Personal information is never shared with third parties unless required by law.

Cv4 believes that betting is for entertainment purposes only — never a source of income. We are committed to protecting our users and provide the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from cv4.

Cv4 may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Engaging in harassing behavior toward other users.

Before closing an account, cv4 will notify the user by email and, where possible, provide an opportunity to appeal. Any valid balance will be refunded, however bonus funds will not be returned.

In the event of a dispute between cv4 and a user, the following process will be followed:

• As a first step, send an email to support@cv4.best. We will endeavor to respond within 72 hours.
• If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, submit your complaint to the escalation department.
• As a final step, a formal complaint may be filed with cv4's licensing authority.

Accounts or transactions under dispute may be temporarily suspended. System logs and records shall serve as final evidence in all cases.

Cv4 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of changes:

• The publication date on the website will be updated accordingly.
• For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email address.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
